My parcel has been held and UPS is saying an FDA Prior Notice may be needed. What I am trying to work out is whether that points to the shipment having been classified wrongly, or whether people here have hit this before with peptide shipments.
For anyone who has been through it:
I am only trying to get a handle on the proper process and the usual next step, or whether this is a total write-off?
For anyone who has been through it:
- whose job was it to fix, the sender or the receiver?
- did it turn out to really be a Prior Notice problem?
- what correction or paperwork did it take?
- did the shipment end up being released?
