Underfilled vial?

Hi, I'm using the third or fourth vial from the same kit, which I started last Thursday: 7.5mg pinned, mixed with 2ml bac water, and nothing has changed. Since Thursday I've felt nothing at all, not even a mild effect. In fact, by this morning (Monday) I had to leave at 10:30 to get food, because hunger had me feeling SICK and I'm craving literally everything. There was some food noise last night as well. With the previous vial, when I pinned 7.5 the week before, my aversion was so strong that even thinking about food instantly grossed me out. I'm fairly confident I don't need a higher dose, since it was under 4 weeks ago that I moved from 5mg to 7.5mg after 11 weeks at 5mg. I realize there's no way to be certain whether the vial is underfilled without testing, but I'd like to hear from people who dealt with the same situation. What did you end up doing?

Maybe what you actually need is a higher dose?

I stayed at 2.5 for around 10 weeks, then did 12 weeks at 3.75. After that, when I went up to 5.0, I got nothing from it. 4 weeks later I raised it to 7.5 mg and that dose didn't work either. Then I went up again to 10 mg 4 weeks after that, and I had some decent effect again.

I'm no specialist, but isn't it a bit farfetched to think that individual vials from the same kit would contain different amounts of powder?
