Under 200 for the first time in a decade!!!

As of this morning, I am officially under 200 for the first time in a decade. I am so beyond excited I could scream cry! I’m 35 year old 5’4” woman. Tirz has been such a game changer for me it’s unreal.

On a side note, does anyone know of any peptides that help reduce loose skin? I haven’t noticed any yet, and I’m down about 40 pounds but I am not naive enough to think I’m somehow excluded lol

Off topic, but how are you getting on with the Hume scales? I've just got one and I'm not keen on it after using a Withings for the past few years. I'm hoping I'll get used to it over the coming weeks, but I'm really not sure at the moment.

For skin, at 35, use a good lotion, like amlactin, and take daily supplemental collagen

Congrats! I'd also like to know how you like the Hume scale. I'm still using an old analog scale and want to upgrade to a new one soon.

I don’t like the HUME scale honestly. It will get wildly different reads based on how hydrated you are, and it’s hard to stay the exact same amount of hydrated day to day.

I looked at the Hume scale and wondered if there were any options that were A) cheaper and B) higher rated. I ended up buying an Etekcity Smart Scale on Amazon for $33 (you can get a similar version for $19.95 currently) and have been happy with my purchase.
