Hi everyone, I've only just registered and I'm taking things at a slow pace while I get familiar with everything. The volume of helpful and fascinating content here is enormous, so there's plenty of reading ahead of me 😀. Mounjaro has been part of my routine for about 12 months and during that time I've dropped 25kg. My dose went up just the 1 time, to 5mg, and I've remained on that amount since. Once I'd reached my target weight I came off it for a period, but the food noise came back, so I attempted jabbing every 2 weeks rather than every week, which also proved unsuccessful. It seems likely, then, that I'll keep using it long-term, possibly permanently. I feel fantastic, but the expense is brutal, so I have to work out a cheaper option. My plan is to remain on tirz, even though switching to Reta is a tempting idea. Before any of that, though, I must get to grips with the processes and work out whether I can manage the job 😂.

25KG? That's incredible. Being American, I had to do a bit of math to figure out what that is in lbs. Still, 50+lbs is fantastic weight loss in my opinion. I've just finished 4 weeks of my reta cycle and I've lost about 10lbs. There are plenty of solid vendors on the forum that can ease the financial strain. Welcome aboard and best of luck.

Nice work on the weight loss, and welcome over to the grey side,

I started out on Monjaro but soon moved to Reta — it's easier to handle, costs less, and I'd say it's better all round for health and for dropping weight. It helps keep muscle instead of just shedding everything in bulk.

Thanks, I really value the encouragement! What's your experience with Reta like? I keep going back and forth on whether to give it a go or just stay on tirz. From what I'm reading, Reta isn't as effective at quieting food noise, and that's something I find hard to deal with.

Appreciate it! Glad the Reta is treating you well. I'm tempted to give it a go, though the feedback I've come across is all over the place — particularly around food noise. I reckon my muscle mass is holding up fine as well. I make a point of doing strength training alongside cardio.

Sourcing discussions aren't permitted here — that would break the forum rules. That said, this forum does have a sub-forum titled "Research Chemicals & Sourcing", and that's probably where you'll locate what you're after.

As for me, I'm on Reta, and my food noise has dropped by roughly 80%, so no complaints from my side. It's been working nicely in my case. Right now I'm @ 2mg/week.

For me it put an end to the naughty cravings, and honestly it hands you the choice of what you put in your mouth, which gives you the time to stick to the diet.

Reta mattered a lot in my case because I wanted to keep muscle rather than just drop overall mass the way you do with mounjaro

Nice work man, keep going!

I dropped about 20kg with Sema too, though it took roughly 5 months for me. I've been looking into Reta and it looks really appealing, but I still have to research it some more

Today my head feels pretty scrambled. I'm attempting to untangle everything posted here, yet I keep looping back to the same place. Staying away from a rabbit hole is proving difficult, even though I'm putting in the effort! Has anyone else dealt with this, or is dealing with it right now? If yes, what ways can help keep it under control please 🙏 😊

There isn't a lot to be done about it, mate. I've read so much on here that suddenly I'm deep into researching a peptide that's pointless for me because I don't have the problem it treats — yet the reports are so positive that I think, I want that right now haha. These days I've narrowed my attention to the things that genuinely matter to me and I'm learning which peptides do which jobs. I use the search function, look at what has worked for other people, and then stick it on my list. Right now I'm taking Reta and Klow. It's been 8 weeks and I've dropped 20 pounds, which is down to reta. Klow needs time before it does anything, and I've just put a few more things on my order.

CJC-1295 without DAC 5mg + IPA 5mg Blend for gym time and muscle

Adamax for focus

NA Selank amidate for relaxing my mind

N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate for improved sleep and see what else happens

The last 2 weill be nasal spray

Looking in to cerebrolysin and PP10 P21-adamantane for later.

I reckon plenty of us who are newer to this hobby go and try a few, then ease off. My advice, enjoy the ride mate.

Yeah, that’s the conclusion I’m reaching too. Looks like I’ll carry on researching, and once I’ve exhausted that, I’ll take the plunge and choose a seller to test. Right now, that’s probably my biggest worry. Figuring out what each thing does and how to combine them isn’t difficult. The difficult part is actually going through with the purchase. Thanks for the insight 😊

That initial order feels a bit nerve-wracking, though it does become less so over time—just never quite comfortable enough, if that comes across clearly. Take some time to look through the v endor sections along with the reviews. Find out how they can be reached, then put together your top 3 based on test results, costs and cutomer service. That's what I did, and the one I went with turned out really well. Because of when I joined, I can't right a review just yet, but I'll do it once I'm able. Good luck, and if anything comes up, just ask.

Thank you, that means a lot to me 😊

Glad to have you. The steps aren’t difficult, and plenty of us here are happy to guide you along the way.

Appreciate it! Pretty sure that’s exactly what I’ll be doing 😂
