hey everyone,

i’ve got a trip booked for six weeks from now, and i was hoping you lot could weigh in on whether bumping my dose up faster makes sense?

some background:

5’8, 66kg, 20% bf

goal weight 60kg

my first reta shot went in on Sunday (0.25mg). my hunger is definitely down and i fill up faster. a small amount of GI trouble showed up but honestly quite mild. sleep has dropped off a little too. i train 4 times per week, (incl. combat sports work)

i’m considering 0.35mg for next week and just seeing what happens. i’d really like a flat stomach and to feel good with my shirt off 😭

i paid £40 for my 10mg reta, which should stretch a fair way given the doses i’m on

i know bigger doses bring bigger sides, but it hasn’t been that rough so i reckon i could handle a few tougher ones. it’s day 3 now and i gave in to weakness (takeaway orders), so does that mean i can cope with going up?

i’ve been thinking about adding GHK-Cu but haven’t come across much info. anyone running reta alongside GHK-Cu who can share advice?

thanks guysss

You might want to check out https://peptidedosages.com and look into things on this forum. There’s been a huge number of posts about dosing for both peptides.

For both, 0.5 to 1mg is seen as a fairly sensible starting dose. If nothing bad happens, increase from there.

You folks completely lose me with these tiny little starter amounts. Moving from .25 up to .35, that's just .10mg — what is that supposed to accomplish? Did you pick up 1 vial of R10, or did you get a full kit? Doesn't matter, 1 of those singles runs $45 US. For me, a single R10 equals 1 dose.

Each person reacts differently. Even at tiny amounts like .1 or .25 mg, certain individuals see results. Look into the details.

you're probably a lot taller and heavier than me, and you've been on reta way longer than I have, if 10mg is your dose. this is my first time using it and I'm already fairly fit, so I'm starting at 0.25mg to see how it goes

if I raise the dose, I'm hoping the reta will hit harder 😭 I mean, what other reason is there to increase it.

yeah, I only picked up 1 vial, which I figure will last me at least 2 months. I did come across grey market sellers, but I can't be bothered dealing with 10 vials, so I'm fine spending £40 every few months for a single one

Sure, and plenty of people seem to do that. OP, your target is dropping 6kg — about 13lbs, right?

peptidedosages.com is another one I rate highly. pep-pedia.com also gets used by me, and I cross reference the two of them to be sure. What draws me to both is that peer reviewed research is where their data comes from, with reference links provided at the bottom.

A 900kcal gap should get you there. Best of luck 🍀
