UK newcomer seeking help with dose calculations

Hi everyone, I've been using Mounjaro for 2 years. For the past 16 months I've kept off 4 stone, dosing 10mg every 2 weeks.

Cost is pushing me toward buying Tirzepatide, and after reading about what Retrituride can offer — including help with ADHD — I want to place a first order. The problem is my dyslexia; I just can't get my head around the dosing.

So, tell me if I'm being dense, or if it really is this straightforward:

Tirzepatide 30mg Vial = 3 x 10mg dose

Tirzepatide 60mg via = 6 x 10mg dose

Retrituride 30mg Via = 15 x 2mg dose

Apologies if this is really basic and I'm being silly — I just need to be certain I've got it right.

If somebody could steer me toward a straightforward dosing guide that's simple to follow, I'd be very grateful.
