UK Newcomer Saying Hello

Hey everyone

Based in the UK

I used reta for 6 months, lost 23kg, then came off it — but keeping the weight off is proving tough. A handful of mates of mine are on peptides too, or are thinking about starting. My aim is to get my weight back down and push my fitness further than before; I have never had low body fat, so it would be exciting to find out how far I can take it

Yeah, it wasn't easy but definitely worth it. Since stopping, it's been difficult and I've put on a few kg, which I figured would happen. Now I'm just looking for a reliable source so I can start again.

Are you in the UK as well?

How long have you been using reta? Or haven't you begun yet?

Yes, I live in London

I haven't begun yet, though I've spent months looking into it, and I'm on the verge of buying my first kit!
