Hi all, I’m a woman in her mid 50s and I’m getting ready to begin my very first glp1 journey. Over the years the weight has steadily built up — you don’t really see it happening bit by bit
and then you look at old photos and think omg. So I’ve decided I have to get myself sorted out, I want to eat as healthily as I possibly can, I used to be hooked on chocolate, but honestly the cost of good chocolate is shocking, maybe that’s a good thing since the ordinary stuff tastes terrible, I also need to get to the gym and start lifting weights because I’ve been told that at my age it’s good to build muscle, so hopefully 2027 will be a new me
