Don’t count on white-glove support, overnight shipping, or really any of the conveniences that those of us in the west have come to take for granted. As with other vendors, long stretches of silence are common, and the occasional message you do receive may or may not actually address what you asked. Tracking codes sometimes function, sometimes don’t… you get the picture. Also keep in mind the time zone gap and Chinese public holidays.
So far my orders from China have needed as long as 3 1/2 weeks to arrive from purchase to doorstep. Keep in mind, though, that freight forwarding often bundles pallets together, so things can sit for a while before they actually ship.
UK customs is essentially a numbers game: a certain percentage will be pulled and held, but the majority won’t. My advice is to avoid putting all your eggs in one basket and to never spend beyond what you can stand to lose. For me, I used to drop £300 each month on branded Mounjaro, so if the same amount buys at least a year’s supply in a single order, I can absorb the occasional shipment going wrong.
Take your time picking a supplier — reading reviews on this forum and checking the vendors’ group chats is a solid starting point.
So far I’ve had a couple of orders come through fine, though both times the waiting was a bit nerve wracking.
Watch out for the rabbit hole and fresh fixations — mine are insulin pens and label makers
