Hi all, Bella here — 40, from the UK! My GLP1 weight loss journey has been going for a bit more than 2 years, and I've dropped slightly under 10 and a half stone. Prescribed Mounjaro did most of the work, but for the past 3 months I've been on reta and cagri, aiming to shift the last few lbs and deal with that stubborn fat that won't move before my loose skin removal surgery in December 😂 Can't wait to pick up more knowledge about peptides and maybe expand my stack ☺️

Glad to have you here. That mindset is absolutely worth holding onto — research is what this whole thing revolves around, and this forum offers a great deal to dig into. No need to rush; I can assure you that just when you feel like you've got everything figured out, something new will come along to catch you off guard.

Hi and congratulations — I'm seriously impressed by what you've managed. Mounjaro has only been part of my routine for 7 months, and I'm just starting to explore the grey. How's it going with reta and cargi? That combination is something I'm keeping an eye on in case I need it. I'm just wondering whether adding reta could be in my future if or when tirzepatide stops giving me enough room. Anyway, there's plenty of useful information around here, and people are happy to help when you ask.

Thanks so much! Getting here took a lot of grinding, and I can almost see the end of it now 😂 As far as fat loss goes, reta has outperformed mounjaro for me up to this point, though it does not come close on curbing appetite — that's the reason I brought cagri into the mix. Pairing those 2 has felt incredibly strong! Compared with MJ, I'm clearly seeing more inches come off alongside the weight ☺️

Cagri was completely off my radar until you brought it up haha did you begin using them at the same time right from the start?

Nope — Reta's been in my routine for 3 months now, and it was only about a month back that I stumbled across cagri, funnily enough via tiktok! I decided to add it because I was after a small bump in appetite suppression to help quiet the food noise, yet I didn't want to raise my reta dose since it was still doing a great job for weight loss! It's been absolutely brilliant! Currently I'm still on 2mg reta plus 0.25 cagri, so both are at really tiny doses right now ☺️

Ahh alright, so reta doesn't cut down food noise the way other GLP's do, and how frequently are you pinning Cagri? Sorry for all the questions

Since it targets 3 different pathways (glp, gip and glucagon), the appetite suppression ends up weaker than tirz, which only hits 2, and sema, which acts on just one ☺️ As for the cagri, I inject it weekly, at the same time I take my reta ☺️
