Hey all. Over the last 12 months Ive dropped from 16.8 Stone to 13.5 Stone. Mounjaro plus a lot of hard training got me there! It has genuinely turned my life around, and I signed up here hoping to meet people on the same wavelength and get more out of this journey Im a lad from the UK who is seriously hooked on the Gym.

What I really appreciate about this forum is how people from all over the world come together. So 16.8 stone works out to roughly 235lbs, and these days you're sitting at about 189lbs, which is 13.5 stone. That's seriously impressive. Don't stop what you're doing. Besides Semiglutide, are you taking anything else?

I just use standard supplements. Every day I have 5mg of creatine, plus Magnesium Glycinate and Zinc. Right now I'm working out this grey area before experimenting with anything new! Trying to wrap my head around Crypto and Suppliers! It's
