UBT251 vs reta: how do they differ?

Based on what I've read, UBT has stronger glucagon activation. That, in turn, produces more weight loss by the 48-week point. I've always been curious about how they manage the ratio of glucagon activation relative to GLP-1 and GIP.

A bigger glucagon effect might mean a bigger loss, but the long-term trials will show the real picture of the overall offsets and tradeoffs.

According to early laboratory data, UBT251 might achieve its clinical effect at lower doses and seems to have a lighter glucagon component compared with retatrutide, which could change how it is tolerated with respect to heart rate or energy expenditure.

That is honestly the outcome I want from it. Since it binds GLP and GIP more strongly, my guess is appetite suppression would be stronger, and it might even take the place of stacking tirz with reta.
