I cannot wait to see where this journey takes me! Week 2 is underway and I reckon my opening week went pretty well! I have already been tucking the "skinny " clothes away into my favourite wishlists 🤩

Brilliant , stay the course mate what comes off first is water , so keep the protin high 4.7 lbs is a fine start
