50 is the age I turn this year, though in my day I was very active, playing soccer at a high level. Hanging up my boots about four years ago was when the weight began coming on fast. 100kg was eventually reached, and despite trying everything to fix it, the same cycle kept repeating: 2kg lost on a diet, then 5kg regained the next month.
