trying to figure out what size vials to buy, dosage

Hello-

I'm on Wegovy- have been on GLP-1s since November 2024. Have plateaued with weight loss. Have lost 70, would like to lose 25-30 more. Interested in adding some reta, thinking of starting at 2 mg, working up to 4 and maybe 8. I read that a vial filled with BAC water shouldn't be used for more than 4 weeks, is this the advice? Trying to figure out what the most logical vial size to purchase to get at least six months of reta.

If anyone has any thoughts, I'd appreciate it! Thank you!

Some folks here say that BAC is good for28 days others think it can be used indefinitely. I'm in the later camp PROVIDED good sterile practices are followed. Largely depends on your personal comfort level and how risk tolerant you are. As recovered needle addict, I know of people who used water from mud puddle, at least they boiled the potion in a spoon. I once used green Gatorade. Seemed like a good idea at the time...YMMV
