I'm a guy in my mid 30's — I play music and I'm an athlete. Chronic joint pain and ongoing inflammation are things I deal with. Physio and changing my diet haven't done much for me, so now I want to find out more about bpc157/tb500 and whether it could help with what I'm dealing with right now.

Hi there, and welcome aboard!

For a lot of folks, BPC-157 and TB500 have made a huge difference.

I want to be clear that this isn't medical advice — I'm just sharing what happened with us. My husband had no cartilage left in his right shoulder, and his orthopedic surgeon said a shoulder replacement was needed. At times the pain was severe, especially when he was doing work. I gave him 0.50mg of BPC-157 in one shot, and just like that — for the first time in ages, no pain or discomfort, and that small dose keeps him going for long stretches. According to him, it works faster and better than the cortisone shots he used to get. So surgery is off the table for him. Over a six month period, I figure I've given him roughly 10 shots of 0.50mg, and the results have been great.

As for me, I had tennis elbow that was really debilitating, and after a single shot of 0.50mg my arm is around 90% better. So far I haven't needed any more. I hope things get better for you soon!

Glad to have you here! This is a wonderful spot to begin! Congratulations on getting your journey underway!

Appreciate the response! It's great to hear about so many success stories, including this one.
It really is incredible. Reading the testimonials people leave beneath YouTube videos about the peptide is something I enjoy. It blows me away every time 😁

Wow, those are some genuinely fascinating experiences! Hearing stories along these lines is truly motivating. I'm eager to dig deeper and find out what the research has to say regarding BPC-157 and TB-500.

So far, the anecdotal reports look quite encouraging. I hope that more formal studies are carried out soon, and that peptides can end up helping a larger number of people.

Years back I gave bpc157 and tb500 a shot, but they didn't do anything for that problem. Then this past July I ended up needing shoulder surgery — torn rotator cuff, biceps tenodesis, plus something else. 2 weeks after the operation I began both again. At 2 months post-op, my surgeon was stunned by how much further along I was than some of the others. I've now started at a proper physio clinic, not the wannabe Ohip physio spots, and she too was amazed at my progress. Overall, I believe they work.

Hey there, and welcome aboard! Reading about everyone's wins on here really makes me happy — including the folks who didn't get the results they hoped for. I've got bpc157/tb500 sitting in reserve, though I haven't needed to reconstitute it so far. Whether I'm eager or not for the day I finally get to try it out on myself or my hubby, I can't quite decide, lol.
