Word came a couple of hours ago in a video from Tony Huge, who announced that Connor Murphy — a fitness influencer and biohacker — has died. Most of the detail here, particularly around the circumstances, is best left to Tony's own announcement rather than repeated by me. I first encountered Connor's material a few years back, when he was posting about his Natty Plus protocol, using Enclomiphene instead of TRT, and trying out various adjunctive tools aimed at improving men's health and vitality. Plenty of people in this community will have known of him and his work; my condolences to anyone who got something out of it.

My assumption is that Tony wouldn't put out something this grave unless he genuinely believed it to be true. Until official confirmation arrives, though, drawing conclusions would be premature.

Given that Connor had already faced mental health difficulties in full public view, the news hits harder if it turns out to be accurate. A number of the claims circulating are weighty ones, and my view is they deserve caution until evidence backs them up.

Should that really be what occurred, it's deeply sad that a person that young, with that much success behind him, was suffering so badly. His family and everyone who cared about him are in my thoughts.

According to the account, he ended up drowning in that lake behind his property

Awful news 😢 pumping gold into your own cells is genuinely wild! breaks my heart 😢
Silver I've come across before — you go blue, apparently. What about gold?
In the clip, the guy claims Connor expected the gold to turn him translucent eventually‽ Neither of those two names meant anything to me before now, honestly

hard agree — sitting through that clip was quite the ride..

My understanding is that running electrodes through water containing silver is how colloidal silver gets produced, and that stuff sees wide use on skin, in the nose, and occasionally by mouth against infections. A colloidal gold version exists too, again intended for topical application. Injecting either one is something I have never come across!💀

Separate thought — is that hairline of his an implant, because it looks deeply unnatural, or am I imagining it?🤔🧐

Derek (More Plates More Dates) put out a huge number of videos covering Connor right through the OG years.

At the start it was plain "Natty or Not" material, and later it moved into the more "elaborate" practices Connor had taken up while his mental health was deteriorating.

Connor's death is a sad thing to see.

That video was certainly a trip, no question.

My thoughts go to Connor's friends and family

Rest assured it wasn't just you — he gave me serious Max Headroom energy too.

My patience with this new crop of fitness/looksmax influencers ran out the moment I saw that clavicular kid telling his stream that he uses meth for weight control. What sort of timeline is this, where using meth is something to be proud of?!?!? 🤦‍♂️
