Hello everyone
. Tony here — signed up for this community last night, having stumbled onto it a day or 2 earlier. Finding yall genuinely made my day. Forums are no stranger to me (source typo: 'no stranger forms'); I love having a source full of people just as passionate about a subject as I am. Take the first 2 that spring to mind: my truck and my boat, lol, so a few F150 boards and some boat boards know me too. I love to learn and self-educate. Being able to yank a phone out of a pocket and reach communities like this one — to learn from, problem solve, or help somebody else solve theirs — still strikes me as amazing.
So about me: 32yr old, Central Florida area. Health, fitness, football, track & field and weightlifting have been in my life since around 13-14yrs old. These days I just hit the gym 3-4 a weeks, and my newest hobby is Jujitsu & Muay Thai, which Id highly recommend to everyone! ive been a Firefighter now for 7yrs and im 2 weeks away from completing Medic school
. With all that, I will say life has changed a lot over the past few yrs — getting married, starting a family, which landed at the start of a stressful stretch at work during covid, then school on top. Bit by bit it became obvious that my health had slipped and that im not 18yr old anymore. Worse, my appetite for health & fitness dropped from a priority down to an after thought... which has to change.
So 2026 opened with me managing to get back to a routine and stay consistent. When it comes to peptides im still a newbie, and I had some minor injuries flare up — knee pain, lower back pain, that sort of thing. Coworkers were the ones who first put me onto peptides, BPC — 157 & TB 500 among them. 2 injuries I used to carry are gone since then. Just amazing results.. and that is why im here: keen to learn what peptides are capable of doing for health.
So anyways, big thanks to everyone who puts into this forum — im glad to be part of it!
All the best,
