A compounding pharmacy is the source.

Their price for it matches what they charge for the compounded injectable version.

Give me your thoughts. . . .
 
From what a fast Google check suggests, only a couple of compounding pharmacies carry it. Those names are unfamiliar to me too.

Reddit might turn up some reviews.

Which, as the saying goes, is a pretty wide brush.
 
Absorption via the digestive tract strikes me as both hard to estimate and far below what you get with subcutaneous injection.

There is 0/10 chance I would use any product on the market right now, and the same likelihood that it even slightly sparks my curiosity. By now, there is simply too much research, safety information, and real-world experience behind SQ to switch away from it.
 
A pill being possible to make doesn't guarantee it does anything. If buyers want it, sellers will stock it—regardless of efficacy or safety (DNP comes to mind). For semaglutide to work orally, they had to engineer specialized compounds just to get absorption, and still only a small percentage gets through. With tirzepatide pills, the peptide would break down quickly once it hits the stomach after dissolving, so bioavailability is likely zero or effectively so. If someone needs an oral option, orfoglipron might be acceptable, but tirzepatide by injection delivers better results with fewer side effects.
