Take a look at the ads Brello/Southend is running.

They're displaying full bottles of tirz, even though everyone knows the only vials/concentrations they offer are 22mg/1ml.

Those compounders are scammy af. And is anyone else keeping up with Pom leaking customer PHI, that creeper mod of theirs, or Refills.com Taylor and all the drama around them?

People get way too loyal to these compounders when all they're doing is the same thing the Chinese here do: pull in as many customers and as much money as they can. And our loyalties in gray are a bit different than, say, the 100k+ strong tirzepatide compound board on reddit.

After that copper post, my thoughts keep spinning... While I was snipping the metal rings off those 3 vials of ghk-cu 100, I remember thinking removing the metal ring was SO simple and it left no trace whatsoever!! how many vendors would simply swap the color for a fresh one and get it tested claiming it's a new batch.. check how inexpensive one of these handheld clamps is.

Yeah, I did pick up some small levers for a few bucks that are able to pry those caps right off, but still—what's the deal with the vacuum seal?

They're pulling nonsense, yet folks keep insisting those products are “safer”.

Same stuff, just a different typeface and a bigger bill.

I'm sticking with my 🩶

I only removed the metal ring, and the vacuum seal remained in place. I had to yank it loose and break the suction. I realize this is a FAR and LONG shot in the dark. But when vendors claim a fresh batch and a different colored top every month? I know i'm bored and paranoid.

Sure, that's a real possibility. But honestly, the more probable scenario is they just think "screw it, we'll send you some random tirz at a steep discount, so quit complaining and be grateful" — then they ship off whatever stock they've got lying around without giving any of it a second thought. Anyway, I'm stuck being bored as well. Got work in the morning, which is my first day back after spending a few weeks recovering from surgery. On top of that, my mother-in-law is here staying at our place, the dog went under the knife on Friday, and everybody else has already gone to sleep. Ugh. What this place really needs is a live chat feature.

Same deal. Lilly is the sole US manufacturer of tirzepatide; nearly everyone else appears to source it from precursors, or even finished tirzepatide, out of China and possibly India.

When I first got into compounding, I filled out the first-contact form for just about every company that shipped to California. Every one of them struck me as sketchy, and to this day my inbox and phone are still swamped with their emails and texts. Before I understood any better, I went with one of them, and for a 90 day supply they shipped a single vial. Paying $500 and facing even a small chance of drawing from one vial for that whole stretch did not sit well with me. Then I came across you all, and that mistake is one I will not repeat.

Yeah, that's absurd. I dropped 300 on a 10mg vial through fifty410, and it really soured me on the whole thing. People in this space are also gouging prices, so you've just got to look into things carefully and cross your fingers!
