2:1 is only where I started from, not a rule set in stone — it is what the gray market blends I looked at seem to use.woundcarping said:

That works out close to a 2:1 ratio.BBA1969 said:
There is no one standard ratio. It comes down heavily to individual preferences.
My GLP week is 8mg Tirzepatide + 6mg Retatrutide, divided like this:
Monday evening & Friday morning > 4mg Tirz
Wednesday evening & Sunday morning > 3mg Reta
What was your titration of each peptide? Which dosing schedule did you use?
8:6 works out at 1.33:1, which is nearer 1:1 than 2:1.
I suspect what is happening here is that observations are being fitted to a theory you already hold — that has a name, confirmation bias.
Broadly, people pile on whatever they believe they need on top of what they already take, chasing some mix of effects. Hardly any of it is scientific; it runs on hunches and impressions.
My own combination is 20mg of Reta plus .25-.375mg of Sema. Swapping the Sema for Tirz has crossed my mind. To get an equivalent result I would guess 2.5-5mg/week of Tirz would be required, which is a 1:4 ratio at best.
Obviously, if one peptide on its own is giving you a good result, there is no reason to bring in a second.
But suppose someone intends to run both from day one — which pairing would serve them best?
Starting out on a GLP by stacking seems to me to have no real justification.
