Tirz worked well for me (doses reached 15mg/week), and I dropped 60 lb over a bit more than 12 months; then I gave Reta a 1-month trial --> sleep quality fell apart.
After my last Tirz shot, I held off for 10 days before injecting 1mg Reta, then paused 3 days and injected another 1mg Reta.
Over 2.5 weeks I injected 5mg total in divided doses, then took 4mg in 1 go... Food noise clearly quieted, and nausea hit me a little harder than with Tirz...
Sleep, though, was poor: I'd jolt awake around 2-3AM feeling wired, and I cap my coffee at 2 cups in the morning, nothing more.
So I concluded Reta wasn't a good fit for me; 2 weeks after my final Reta dose I resumed Tirz at 8mg. Sleep has improved a lot over the past few days. Just a few pounds left to lose.
This is research. Some experiments pan out, others don't. Responses can vary from person to person.
YMMV
Be safe all.
