I've been on Tirz for just over 2 years. It's worked incredibly well for me and I'm a big fan. Right now my weekly dose is about 12mg. I'm thinking about layering in Reta and/or Tesa (my main goal is attacking visceral fat and dropping more weight). So here's what I still can't find a solid answer to... Do I plan to come off Tirz entirely and move to Reta, or should I split the dosing, like 5mg Tirz plus titrating Reta up to roughly 4? Or is there a different approach? Because Reta already covers the GLP and GIP sides, doubling up doesn't seem necessary, and I do value how Tirz kills my appetite...so what splits would actually be sensible?

(My other 'issue' — though I might just put this in the stacks section — is whether to forget Reta and instead add Tesa/IPA to my Tirz, since visceral fat loss is my primary target.)

Where are you now and where do you want to end up — can you put numbers on the gap between the two?

Here's what I intend to do. About a year on Tirz at 10mg has left me stuck, and my food intake is very low. My starting point will be 7.5mg Tirz plus 2mg Reta, run that way for several weeks to judge the response, then gradually reduce Tirz while increasing Reta. In addition, once my baseline bloodwork is done at my yearly physical in a few weeks, I want to add tesa/ipa. On paper, it looks like a reasonable strategy.
