Is tirz, tirz? Literally, yes. It’s a name for an exact molecule. What you’re edging at is: what else is in the bottle, what else can vary? I started down this particular rabbit hole because I was having problems tolerating tirz (really all 3 peptides).
I’ve read there can be slight differences in non active ingredient depending on the exact lypholization process. I do not have that source at my finger tips, it was a comment from another community in a “what made xxx vendor great” discussion. Take it as a rabbit hole to find and go down.
Can 1% of a product make a difference? SurvivingAntiDepressants used to work with people for a very very slow taper, and for certain people small changes make big impacts on their bodies. I’ll try to find a better source; what this community found anecdotally is being formalized by an MD in London. (The site is read only now, at least it’s available for learning.)
My experience with generic Rx’s has shown me that yes, change in (production) labs and or fillers can make a huge difference. Similarly: the variation from our vials Is going to bother some but probably not most people.
And this needs to be set aside from any under or overfill discussion for clarity , similar to setting aside authenticity. Related but can confound the discussion.
I said a whole lot of unsubstantiated things here but I’m at work and don’t have links. At least it can give a little direction or what rocks to look under.
Oh: and my Winstar mouse has been quite low on Vitamin D, and GLP-1s can easily lead to the deficiency. I suspect after getting levels up a GLP-1 will be better tolerated.
