I have a similar BP and Reta has not impacted my BP. Just raised my heart rate

I'd say that's pretty normal. Affecting heart rate (and HRV) is pretty common with reta.

I wasn't aware of any blood pressure effects until recently, even though I've known about HR/HRV effects for a while. Not too many people's bp seems to be impacted. My BP has gotten too low, so when someone mentioned reta can lower it, I paid attention.
