Splitting your dose can be a smart move if any of these apply: you're titrating upward, you're getting hungry partway through the week, or the amount you need to keep losing 1-2lbs/week (or to hold steady) is bringing side effects. Convenience is the main reason the whole week's dose gets bundled together. After you switch to a pen, injections won't feel the same at all.Elocin said:
Complete beginner here, so sorry if this sounds like a silly question.
Given how long Tirz stays in the system, would you inject every 5 days or every 7 days? Once it has accumulated in the body, does the gap really change much?
How has it worked out for you?
My own routine is once a week, but I offset it with Survo so appetite noise stays quiet midweek. Back when I was titrating, I raised the dose by 20% each week and injected every 3 days, which let me pull back if side effects showed up. That approach really pays off during a switch or when testing something unfamiliar. Still, plug your numbers into a blood level tracker such as glp1plotter!
