Hello everyone, I'm on my weightloss track and I would stack cjc/ipa too, in your experience is there any issue about glucose and insulin sensitivity ? I'm reding many different opinions but I need direct experiences. I would add secretag. just to help with muscle mass and to burn more fat, Tesa is hyped but I read that works almost the same and its def more expensive. Thanks

Doing any GLP and using CJC/Ipa is pretty standard. They won't cancel each other out if that's what you're worried about. The benefit from tirz is much more powerful that the cjc/ipa.

A ton of people take those two together because GLP-1s and GH secretion peptides are pretty synergistic: one of the biggest concerns that comes with elevated GH is reduced insulin sensitivity but that particular danger is completely mitigated by the very insulin sensitivity caused by Tirz and Reta. Also the minor anabolic effects from GH help mitigate muscle mass loss.

Be aware that some people have allergic reactions to the GH secretagogues, sometimes after discontinuing and resuming use, sometimes it happens after you've already been using them for a while.

I always start again with very low dosage to test reaction, thanks btw

I pin Reta and CJC/Ipa and cant say that I've had any negative effects as of yet.

I previously pinned Tirz without CJC/Ipa and felt I lost a lot of muscle mass as well as body fat, which is what I wanted to avoid. I discovered CJC/Ipa and since starting, I've been able to drop fat and build lean muscle. I am almost at goal weight, so not sure if this would have been true in my obese state had I started both together at the journey start, but personally I would recommend a Glp1+CJC/Ipa stack all day long.

You're spot on with the low starting dose of course. Keep yourself safe, it is research after all!

Did you feel/see a big difference in the gym with CJC/Ipa vs only tirz? Have you been taking them for long?

I notice a difference in myself using the CJC/Ipa and Reta vs Tirz alone. I am building muscle consistently now and albeit slow, my results are visual too, reinforcing my belief that the stack is working for me.

When i was on Tirz alone and hitting the Gym/Cycling, i lost alot of weight but could not see any muscle mass gains and I actually felt as though I was losing a fair bit of muscle and felt weaker in myself when exerting force or max reps in the gym etc. I felt muscle fatigue alot quicker also. I did add creatine to my supplements around 6 months ago also which will help with muscle recovery and intense short bursts for maxing and whatnot.

I've been on CJC/Ipa for around 7 months and the protocol I am following is 5 days on/2 days off for 12 weeks on/4 weeks off. I will be due an off shortly.

Everyone is different though and doses will vary, so you're results will likly be unique to you.
