1 test subject is on 20 a week, the other is on 10

I just ordered 60 mg vials.

Can I fit 3 ml of water to make a .5 ml 19 mg dose?

When 3mL is put into a 60mg vial, a 10mg dose equals .5mL (50 units).

For someone on 20mg, that amount becomes 1mL (100 units)

Possible overfill is not factored in here.

Yep, 3ml BAC ought to work — I'm running the same setup, 60mg into 3ml vials.

If doses are that large, my own preference would be to use a smaller amount of BAC rather than a larger one. In my opinion, no more than 1.2ml. I would also prepare 2 vials and then filter the combined contents into a new vial. Or a pen, whichever you prefer.

Still, if possible, you should definitely factor in the probable overfill.
