I'm always dry in the morning. Pretty sure that is just the new me between the tirz and the reduced absorption. I was definitely more than just dry mouthed at my draw. I don't mean to be cavalier, but I think that HCT is not a good number.

It’s not, however if you had done any cardio in the 24 hours prior it’s not accurate either, dehydration will always cause it to be elevated
