For those taking Reta and tesa - given that Reta slows down metabolism, does that mean waiting longer than the 3 hours suggested before tesa goes in? My last meal is currently at 6pm the. tesa goes in at 10pm, giving my self 4 hours, but whether that is enough time is what I was curious about. Hours later I still feel full and don't want to waste tesa.
