Has anyone here seen a Telegram group that relies on safety bots to automatically swap out words that might trigger filters (like turning orders into 0rders) actually get taken down yet? Or do those groups seem untouchable?

Honestly, I doubt any of those groups are truly bulletproof. That's not the vibe I'm picking up, and I'm in dozens of them...

That said, I can't say with certainty

Just as reliable vendors stay reliable right up until they don't, every pep TG group remains un-nuked until the moment it gets nuked. I've got orders pending with 5 separate GBs, and within the past 3-4 days, 2 of those have been nuked.

Thanks for the broader perspective.

Just to make this crystal clear: what I'm really after is info on groups running the SPC Bot. Does anyone know of a group that relies on the SPC bot getting banned?

The reason I ask is that, based on what I've observed, this safety bot seems pretty solid. It does a strong job of cleaning up every message, booting troublemakers, and so on, all before anything reaches the live chat.

A number of Group Promotion Vendors have adopted it. I'd like to know if anyone has actually watched it break down in real use.

I once came across a post — from the person who made the Safe_Pep_Chat bot, if my memory serves — in which they admitted being aware of how much everyone dislikes the bot, yet claimed that as of when they wrote that comment, not a single group relying on it had been banned. I'll try to dig up that comment again.

Edit: located it. It went up in March

Yesterday, a group relying on SPC was taken down, which shows it isn't bulletproof.

You'd think getting an AI to comb for odd spellings and swap them for lookalike real words would be trivial, and poof!

A decoder ring for the 21st Century, villain edition.

Do you believe your product has disappeared? What's the method to access 5 GBs all at once?

@greenwave1015: Just so we're clear, that particular software was in use by both of those groups, and it's also used by nearly every pep-focused group I've dealt with. It's a standard component of the anti-nuke setup. Success isn't guaranteed.

@Rdg1970: No, I don't think this will cause any meaningful holdup. Dealing with group buys works the same as everything else around here; you need to put in the time to figure out how it operates, exactly like the rest of us are doing.

I don't really get what the point is. The original message still goes through to TG's servers. The bot removes it right away and then puts up an "edited" copy.

Even so, that first message already reached the server. So I'm not sure why a fast deletion would matter, unless TG treats admin-deleted content as somehow not a problem at all.

That explanation really clicks — thanks for laying it out so clearly.

So it sounds like these safety bots only add hassle, without any real upside..
