I've just joined, though peptides are nothing new to me.

I'm 37 years old and weigh 245 lbs. Graves' disease came my way roughly 1 yr back. On top of that, I deal with sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and low testosterone.

My girlfriend lives with a TBI, pots, and additional autoimmune problems.

Our goal in being here is to improve our health, using peptides as part of that effort.

For anyone dealing with low testosterone, there's an over-the-counter option that isn't a peptide and costs very little when you purchase it as powder in large quantities. After I stopped cycling it, Labcorp tests showed my free T had more than doubled, even 2 days later.

Just so you know, every amount listed here is approximate because I'm working with a cheap balance, and I bought everything mentioned below from a Henderson, NV-based company. Since I'm new here too, I won't name any sources—even though they're completely unrelated to peptides—just to avoid any chance of getting banned.

Tongkat Ali extract, 3 grams (3 loosely filled 00 size capsules)

Fenugreek Extract, 1 gram (1 loosely filled 00 size capsule)

Chrysin 1x 00 1 gram plus a tiny amount of Piperine that should be 15mg (both in 1 loosely filled 00 size capsule)

If you decide to give this a shot, a capsule filling kit is essential—those little tools make a huge difference, and you really need to put these into capsules because Tongkat Ali by itself tastes so bad you'll curse the day you were born with taste buds.

Every ingredient listed is considered very safe both in mainstream biohacking communities and by allopathic doctors.

Update:

To prevent joint pain, include horny goat weed standardized to 50% icariin.
