Testing Out What You've Stockpiled

I've accumulated a supply of GLPs, same as a lot of people on here. At this point, my Tirz comes from 3 separate vendors, each with its own batch. My approach is to move 1 vial from each batch into the queue of things I'll use next. Even though every batch has 3P COAs backing it, I still want to confirm that reconstitution goes smoothly and that nothing unexpected shows up once I actually use it. The last thing I'd want is to dig into a batch years down the line — particularly one that came from a big order — and discover a problem. Those of us stockpiling clearly share a concern about future access getting cut off, so this feels like one way to reduce that risk a bit. If my usable supply turns out to be less than I assumed, I'd much rather learn that now and be able to restock. Just something I figured I'd put out there. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk.

Down in my freezer sit several kits I've mentally filed as "break glass only in an emergency" vials. Once I knew more, I switched to suppliers who offered stronger testing, which means a handful of those first-round kits are marked for disposal in a few years, provided I can still get these meds at all.

Same here. Next time around, I'm going to switch to a different option. There are 3 new suppliers I found through GB that I plan to test, but they haven't shipped anything yet.

Usually I just let fresh kits sit for a while and see how they do across a lot of users. Folks are quick to speak up when something goes wrong, so if a big issue exists, I’ll probably hear about it.

I've noticed that with group buys, third-party test results tend to get shared more widely over time. I'm part of a group test for an upcoming presale. The person running the testing has said that if any safety issue comes up in the results, they'll release those results right away.

That's a smart approach. Whether my OCD lets me actually do it is another story when I sit down to eat, I finish one item on the plate before moving on, and forcing myself to take bites from different foods in no particular order takes real effort.

A few of my kits are down to just 9 vials thanks to testing and such, and that uneven number drives me crazy lol.

Funny that this comes up — yesterday evening I made the call to mix up a fresh tirz vial starting today. Sundays are my injection day, yet lately the 30 I'm on hasn't seemed to be doing its job. Since it belongs to one of the several T30 kits in my possession, I'm tracking how I react to it (no real fullness, plus waking up hungry — something that hasn't happened to me since I began tirz in 2024). Today I plan to open a T60 vial and inject from that. Should it behave the way it should at my current dose, I'll set that other batch to the side and figure out what to do with it. That got me wondering whether any of my batches are actually potent, so I'm on board with rotating through 1 vial from each until I've verified they all perform as they should.
