Remineralizing and Regenerating Teeth

• P11-4 (Oligopeptide-104): Builds a 3D scaffold that restores early-stage enamel decay.

• CPP-ACP: Delivers calcium and phosphate to reverse white spot lesions.

• ID8 / ID4: Encourages enamel mineral growth in a way similar to fluoride.

• DpSpSEEKC: Acts like statherin, binding to teeth and driving crystallization.

• DE11 / StN15: Blocks dental caries and acid erosion in laboratory models.

• LRAP: Mimics natural amelogenin to direct structured enamel growth.

• ADP5 / shADP5: Rebuilds a cementum-like mineral layer on tooth roots.

• QP5: Shields the dental pulp and lowers cavities in vivo.

• 8DSS / 3DSS: Adheres strongly to enamel to boost mineral deposition.

• DSESSEEDR: Binds tightly to dentin collagen to seal internal tubules.

• C18H35O-TKREEVD: Creates a smart hydrogel for sustained mineral delivery.

• GA-KR12 / OPC-DDDEEKC: Eliminates decay-causing bacteria while rebuilding enamel.

Gum Health and Tissue Healing

• Emdogain (EMD): Clinically regenerates lost gum tissue, ligaments, and bone.

• PepGen P-15: Speeds up cell attachment and bone healing during surgeries.

• Nal-P-113: Seeks out and destroys specific periodontitis-causing bacteria.

• LL-37: Reduces inflammation and shrinks deep gum pockets.

• AGDP®: Stimulates natural collagen production to counter receding gums.

• Marine Collagen Peptides: Supplies topical structural blocks directly to gum tissues.

• BPC-157: Drives rapid wound healing and blood vessel formation.

• GHK-Cu: Rebuilds tissue matrix and blocks enzymes that destroy gums.

I've been doing some light reading on this subject, nothing beyond the basics like hydroxyapatite. My teeth are in decent shape overall, but brushing too aggressively has worn away the enamel along the gumline where the tooth meets the gum.

Appreciate you sharing this — I wasn't aware of any of it. Right now my goal is to stop one of my front teeth from losing any more enamel. Building more would be great, though. Looks like I have some new things to look into 👍

A hydroxyapatite toothpaste is what I've been using; from what I last heard, Bioniq had the highest concentration, but I can never seem to find it.

I was about to search online for peptides that could be useful for my teeth, since periodontitis has been a real struggle for me.

Appreciate the information, thank you!
