Two things came up: one paper from 2018, plus a 2021 review. A TrkB mimetic that drives myelin repair - PMC Preclinical work on BDNF/TrkB signalling and myelin regrowth. Image unavailable pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov Peptide drug candidates being explored for MS - PMC Review of the peptide-based candidates currently being looked at for MS. Image unavailable pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov Looking at the dates, this field moves slowly. So far it has only been done in vitro in mice, with no human trials at all. If anyone has more papers on it, please add them below. It's an awkward molecule - three cycles, two chains - so manufacturing it cannot be simple, and I doubt it lands on the grey market any time soon. Good luck.
