I've gone through a lot of threads and posts, and there seem to be quite a few different tb500 protocols out there — though in most cases people are running it as part of a blend (wolverine, glow, klow, deadpool, etc).

That leaves me with a few questions, and I'd really appreciate any help!

1) Which is the better choice, tb500 or tb4? From what I gather, the first one is meant to act more systemically, while the second penetrates more?

2) I've come across protocols ranging from 0,5mg -2mg daily up to 1mg-4mg 2-3 times per week. Which approach wins out? Personally I've tried both (daily and a few times per week, same weekly total) and honestly felt no difference. I've read that dosing every 3-4 days with a larger amount beats daily dosing, since it stays active for days and the "blast" produces better results.

3) Local or does it not matter? The majority say it doesn't matter, but since they typically run a blend they pin locally (and daily).

4) Why is everyone on klow/glow (and wolverine)? I get that it's simpler to pin just 1 shot, but the ratios aren't great: either you take too much copper to get enough of the others, or the reverse — too little of the others because you're trying to limit the copper. On top of that, copper could potentially damage/mess with the rest of the peptides over time. It also degrades faster once reconstituted compared to most peptides.

So, any thoughts and comments?

Trying to recover from serious injuries :/

Thnx!

TB4's half life is shorter compared to TB500, which makes it the better fit inside the blends....If your plan is to put together a blend of your own and what you have on hand is TB500, then it can't go into that blend, and instead you would pin it separately on a 1-3 day schedule....

Just be sure to look into it yourself and set your protocol up to match...what i wrote above is the best i can recall about how these two compounds differ....gl
