Tapering Down -- I Swear I Looked Through the Reta Forum (now with useful details)

A deficit of 300 calories really isn't all that big. Since December I've been running a deficit averaging 1100 calories (worked out from fat/lean mass loss), and fatigue hasn't been a problem.

Sort of like Flash, I just eat whatever I want and let the medicine do the heavy lifting. It's simple, and sticking with it over the long haul doesn't look like it will be a problem. Calories aren't something I track. Yesterday I had 3 or 4 protein shakes plus 3 slices of Pepperoni Lover's pizza.
That's exactly it -- this is the thing I can't figure out. Fatigue from my deficit seems unlikely, since my deficit isn't that large. That said, a deficit does have downstream effects, so it's worth digging into. Right now I'm exploring TRT with a clinician, which leaves me unsure whether what I'm feeling is deficit fatigue or fatigue from low T. No other low T symptoms are present for me.

Lady J, I caught what you said about the Tesa. Microdoses of secretagogues strike me as workable. I had my IGF-1 checked before the cycle so I could keep an eye on it. At the moment I'm running 1mg.

Test C is part of my routine at 150mg/week. TRT began for me in the middle of January.

As for what my deficit has mainly done: it took me from 282lb down to 182lb across 43.5 weeks, which works out to 305 days.
