Has anyone here used BPC-157 both orally and via subcutaneous injection? Did you find one route more effective than the other? Did either method cause you any stomach problems? I'm trying to figure out which route fits me best. My goals are improved recovery and gut health, but I'd rather not use up extra bac water on my bpc.

An oral BPC/KPV blend did work for me. I needed a full month of use before the effects became noticeable. It does work, though in my opinion injections simply act faster.

When you used the oral tablets, did the effects feel any different? I've taken BPC arginine by mouth, and when it comes to gut health, I honestly can't say I've noticed a subjective difference between the two.

I've used it both ways. For gut-related issues in particular, taking it orally gave me results that were better than I expected — the reason being that it lingers in the digestive tract for a longer stretch. When I injected it subcutaneously, the effects seemed to spread through the body more, which helped more with joints and tissue healing. If your priority is gut health, going oral is honestly the more convincing option, and you also skip the whole bac water mixing process. When it comes to overall recovery, sub-q has a slight advantage. A number of people alternate between the two based on what they need that day.

My wife is a firm believer in taking BPC/KPV/pea by mouth.

After a 30-day course, she experiences roughly 2 months of relief.

Appreciate it, ChatGPT.

What amount should be taken?

Some people here gave me grief about using oral bpc, yet it fixed my gut and GI problems right away — bloating, bowel movements, reflux, all of it — everything became ideal. The results showed on day 1, impossible to miss. I use SQ too for injuries; I believe it assists, though I can't be sure.

Honestly, while I was on it, gut health wasn't on my radar. My only concern was getting a flare-up in either a wrist or an elbow—I can't recall which one it was back then—to settle down, and it did end up helping with that.
