Title says it — I'm considering returning to sema for one reason: money.

Where I am, 10mg sema runs £65, while 40mg Reta costs £165. Right now I'm at 4500mcg Reta and results have been excellent, just too pricey.

I've used sema in the past. It gave me indigestion and heartburn, but it wiped out my cravings entirely — food, alcohol, drugs, all of it.

Has anyone here made the switch from Reta over to sema?

While I can't speak from personal experience about switching from reta to sema, I'm currently using reta and I work at a clinic where sema is offered. Every person who makes the switch from sema to tirz (reta isn't something we carry) never wants to return to sema. Sema has its role, but since you're in this channel I'd guess you're open to gray market, so basing your choice only on cost might not be wise. Are you getting reta through gray market right now, or through another route? For gray, that price sounds really high. Maybe that's what brought you here, but this place is packed with information that can help you locate glps at a much lower cost.

That's 100% the reason I'm on this site — right now I'm digging through the forums. Thanks for weighing in!

My recommendation is that you look into grey reta. If the sole problem is cost, then I wouldn't ruin a routine that's already working — I'd simply address that single factor.

I couldn't agree more. Everything you could possibly need is available right here on this forum, just a click away.
