Hi Guys,

Is there any noticeable difference for you between the standard mounjaro/zepbound pens you get from pharmacies and ordering Tirz salts, reconstituting them with bac water, and injecting with an insulin syringe?

I was spending £220 a month on Mounjaro, which became too pricey for me. I'm considering sourcing salts from China along with some quality BAC water and just preparing it on my own, but I'd like to know whether the two are truly equivalent?

From what I've experienced, there's no difference at all, provided you've done your homework and the product is good quality.

My Tirz journey has been going for 2 years now, and the first 3-4 months of that were on compound.

I've held my goal weight for 16 months, and along the way I dropped 66lbs (30 kilos).
