33 years old, based in Sweden, and posting here for the very first time.
Tirzepatide came first; these days I'm running Retatrutide instead, a couple of months in. My whole body recomp attempt kicked off somewhere around 7–8 months back.
Carrying extra weight has been my normal for most of my life. I've done stints of lifting, boxing, gym time and strict eating over the years, and more than once dropped 20–30 kg. The trouble is it always came back, until I was at my old number again — sometimes above it.
This is the first time it feels genuinely possible to make it stick, and Retatrutide is a big part of why. Adding muscle and fixing my overall health matter to me as much as the scale does.
Quick question — any other Swedes around here? And for those of you who have: did orders from EU or China warehouses make it through Swedish customs without trouble?
