Thanks for sharing this info. I've had painful cramping on and off that I didn't think to associate with using reta. Will try those electrolytes!cujet said:
Reta brought on cramping. Something I rarely had before in any muscle. But now it starts in my thumbs first, very weird. Electrolytes are a must for me and do provide relief. I use Nutricost fruit punch electrolytes every day with fair results. But it takes pounding the potassium pills to provide complete relief for a few days.
I suspect it is the diuretic effect of Reta.

Yep, big fan!...It keeps the trains running, and on time!....bigbodybarry said:
Psyllium husk.
It's really important to support digestion as reta slows down gastric emptying.
Psyllium husk is great for keeping things moving. Plus it helps with bloating.

Little gummies https://gruns.co/ they are a little expensive but they’ve also replaced a bunch of pills I used to take.Mr. Blonde said:

To be fair, depending on where you live there may not be enough natural sunlight to get you healthy levels of vitamin D. Pacific Northwest Region of NA in particular, Fall & Winter the worst obviously, angle of the sunlight and significant/consistent cloud cover means all the UVB that we need to hit our skin/eyes for synthesis of vitamin D is insufficient.Shittersfull said:
If you get out in the su regularly, you do not need to suppliment vitamin d.

I am about to start on Reta but mine are very similar to yours:ayou1316 said:
What supplements are you taking with Reta? and which ones you felt like it helped? I'm feeling like I'm running a pharmacy at this point
I'm taking
omega 3s
d3-k2
Essential amino acids
NMNs
creatine along side my protein shakes
magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha before sleep
Psyllium Husk
multi vitamin
and I try to get an electrolyte packet when I can.

Reta doesn’t cause hair loss but it does trigger hair shedding. Weight loss, calorie restriction, less protein and micronutrient intake, and the stress on your body from all that all contribute. So taking a glp on its own doesn’t cause hair loss.noria18 said:

Your right, I live in the pnw that you are referring to. I'm in the tacoma area of Washington state. Vitamin d is hard to get naturally in the pacific northwest, in the winter. It can be done naturally, I get enough naturally (I workout, outside in the morning, in the winter with my shirt off. ) Thank you for pointing this out, I was being far to generic.DC_143C said:

Magnesium citrate? Or magnesium glycinate, For a sleep? The Citrate version before bed would make me poop the bed.DC_143C said:
Daily, I take a men's 50+ multi (not anywhere near that age but due to enclomiphene I want extra endocrine supporting vitamins/minerals), vitamin D 10k i.u. in winter/fall & 4k i.u. spring/summer, omega-3, CoQ10, OptiNAD+ (this likely doesn't do much and I'll probably drop for real subQ NAD+ later).
As-needed for sleep or stress I also have on hand Magnesium Citrate/Threonate, L-Theanine, Liposomal Apigenin. I also will occasionally run a pre/probiotic for a while, or have periods where I consume fermented stuff on the regular, seems to work great for consistent gut health. Since starting this I haven't ever had any negative gut issues while taking first Tirz and now Reta.

Yup lol, citrate. For me I find that any GI issues are dose-dependent and I'm only ever taking 150mg which isn't a problem. Any stool softening from it might even be a benefit while taking GLP-1's, proactively addressing constipation issues, ja?Shittersfull said:
