Sub-q 1MQ dose — is 5mg twice a day too much?

What's the correct dose for a sub-q injection? I can't work it out. The pill dose is 50-100mg; what that becomes once it goes in the butt, I've no idea. 5mg a day, twice a day - so 10mg? That seems about right, if my maths holds up.
