Stubborn last flap — what actually shifts it?

Currently on Reta at 10 mg. Weight has come off — from 118 kg down to 88 kg. Training is still consistent. Shoulders, chest, arms and legs all look better. Abs are beginning to appear. My guess is roughly 18% bf. One stubborn little flap remains around my middle. Estrogen runs a bit high thanks to HCG, Kisspeptin, Enclo and Testagen, and so does the Testosterone. Adding Tesa and HGH seemed to help so far.

Anyone got ideas for shifting that final bit over the coming weeks? Besides Clen and Var?

Sticking patiently with the fundamentals could be what's needed here, in the spirit of the "abs are made in the kitchen" line.

Reta has me on OMAD as well, with almost no hunger registering most days. So the day is one meal, some shakes, and electrolytes.

That's the approach I took on Tirz. Anyone doing OMAD simply has to keep an eye on protein and hydration.

Getting rid of love handles and lower belly means dropping below 18%. That's the whole story. Stay on track with what you're already doing.

Wondering what method you used for that BF% figure

My suggestion is to stay the course and start measuring the trouble spot with calipers regularly. Zones like the love handle and the belly button can be maddening. These spots shed fat at a glacial pace, so a caliper shows movement the naked eye misses.

I'm sitting at damn near 180 and mine haven't budged. Oddly I'm fine with it, since pinning KLOW is only bearable in that spot.

The answer is simply more weight loss, fat specifically. Keep the diet dialled in and use resistance training to hold or grow muscle mass. Fat loss costs you muscle, so rebuilding what goes plus adding more is the work required.

Clen and DNP is what you should have written. Var mostly just dries you out and, I guess, helps in some marginal way. In my opinion the harder it gets the leaner you already are. Honestly it comes down to a strict calorie deficit plus protecting muscle (your Enclo presumably helps there). And pile on the very low intensity cardio. You said “next few weeks”. From experience, when I'm already lean and pushing very extreme, roughly a pound of fat goes every 2-3 days. That pace only holds for a short stretch. Realistically this needs far more time.

Calipers plus the scale at the moment. Considering a scan in a week or so.

Truthfully there comes a stage where nothing beats a pile of LISS. Just pound uphill for hours every week. Keep forcing the issue and your body eventually raids that fat.

Enclo is in my stack as well, third day at 6.25mg, so we'll see what it does. What's behind stacking it with kisspeptin and HCG in your case?
