Still hunting details on the SPB Epithalon endotoxin problem (10mg batch)?

There have been a few posts on the SPB Telegram group showing 2 independent tests coming back with Endotoxin levels far outside what is acceptable. According to a statement from SPB, the batch that was tested is this one:

SJ26-1-01

They are offering free replacements or refunds, and they have stopped selling that batch. I saw a post about this a few days ago and then could not find it again, but I think it matters in case someone is holding that batch.

Has anything come up about bad batches from other vendors? I'm left wondering which other suppliers might be caught up in it. Nothing so far, though it's entirely possible I've missed something
