STAT article on BPC-157 this morning

Just all aches and pains are gone. Going to sleep, waking up, working out, nothing. Washing the dishes used to kill my back and now I barely notice a dull ache after hours on my feet. Don't really have to stretch before running now either, I just do it once to crack my back and then I'm gone.

Not even running TB either. I ran a week of TB4 with it last week, but as far as I can tell BPC does the heavy lifting. Skin is also a lot better.

Epithalon did some incredible things for sleep as well and I desperately need more. I was waking up every day fully rested with zero grogginess and zero stiffness. Now I'm back to being groggy lol

What time of day were you taking the epithalon? I've been taking it in the evening about an hour or so before bed and it seems to have made my sleep worse. I'd seen people on here raving about it and really hoped it would sort my terrible sleep out, but not so far. It's still early days though.

That's a shame. Give it a week at least.

I took mine in the evening time as well, as opposed to DSIP which I only pin in the dark right before I actually fall asleep. Wasn't strict with the epithalon, just evening time. I was also using taurine+glycine as well, which is another winning sleep combo.

I also made sure not to use melatonin while I was taking the epithalon. It definitely took a few days to see good effects.

All of this, I haven’t noticed the skin improvements because I am on GHK-CU but everything else stated are the same benefits me and the hubby experienced.

I've introduced DSIP into the mix for the last couple of nights. Hopefully it'll kick in tonight.

DSIP doesn't really do much. I recommend taking it a few minutes before you go to sleep, at 500mcg-1mg.

It just gives you more vivid dreams. Maybe slightly more restful sleep.

Really?

Ivermectin was first discovered in the 1970s by Japanese microbiologist Satoshi Omura and Irish parasitologist William C. Campbell. Ivermectin has become a versatile pharmaceutical over the past 50 years. Ivermectin is a derivative of avermectin originally used to treat parasitic infections. Emerging literature has suggested that its role goes beyond this and may help treat inflammatory conditions, viral infections, and cancers. Ivermectin’s anti-parasitic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anticancer effects were explored. Its traditional mechanism of action in parasitic diseases, such as scabies and malaria, rests on its ability to interfere with the glutamate-gated chloride channels in invertebrates and the lack of P-glycoprotein in many parasites. More recently, it has been discovered that the ability of ivermectin to block the nuclear factor kappa-light-chain enhancer of the activated B (NF-κB) pathway that modulates the expression and production of proinflammatory cytokines is implicated in its role as an anti-inflammatory agent to treat rosacea. Ivermectin has also been evaluated for treating infections caused by viruses, such as SARS-CoV-2 and adenoviruses, through inhibition of viral protein transportation and acting on the importin α/β1 interface. It has also been suggested that ivermectin can inhibit the proliferation of tumorigenic cells through various pathways that lead to the management of certain cancers. The review aimed to evaluate its multifaceted effects and potential clinical applications beyond its traditional use as an anthelmintic agent.

What I notice here; is that as most of the above mentioned uses are qualified with these words: "may help", "has been evaluated", and "has been suggested" these are not by any means definitive.. does this article state that it is effective at these new applications??

What's the typical response to no longer taking it? back to regular aches and pains or is there a prolonged effect?

I couldn't tell you. Ask me again in like 30 days lol

People use it for healing, so I have to imagine that some of the aches are healed. Like when people are healing from surgeries and injuries. The rest, idk. I assume that multiple cycles yield improvement over time? But I won't be able to say for certain until I've got a few more years under my belt. Downside of being at the cutting edge.

Sounds like a pharma commercial doesn't it?

I feel like BPC would benefit my sweet old dog. However it’s one thing experimenting on myself but I have reservations about doing so on my dog! Anyone gone there and care to share experiences?

Yeah, I def noticed some weasel wording. "Evaluated" for SARS-Covid is a long way from "found to be an effective treatment for."
