I hope this doesn't come across poorly, but relying on these compounds by yourself, skipping labs, and just assuming they did the job isn't really the smartest approach.AcadiaPeptides said:
For the last four months I've been taking 1 mg of Reta each week plus 5 mg of fTirz to lose weight. I'm 55, my build has always been barrel‑shaped, and I figure there's likely some level of fatty liver going on, so I'm testing whether these meds can move things that haven't budged in years.
Next I intend to bring Tesamorelin and KLOW into the mix, to find out if they change visceral fat or my overall shape. No labs, no clinician involved — I'm just putting out what I'm doing in case someone else finds it useful, and I'd like to hear from people who've run a similar stack or seen shifts in body composition or liver‑related problems.
Yep, from what I've come across, glutathione may be quite useful for the liver too. And there's one more thing I didn't bring up before that appears to support liver health: GH taken at low doses (not the amounts used in steroid cycles).OGPezPez said:
I've only just started with Reta, though I've been sourcing glutathione through a comparable route for 2 years now. My fatty liver problems are fully resolved thanks to it. Like others have said in this thread, getting labs done on a routine basis is the right approach — I go through Ulta so I don't have to deal with the Dr's office.
