Hello everyone, I'm a 46-year-old guy. Weight has been a battle for as long as I can remember. Around 4 months back, I began Tirz while weighing 315 lb. Now I'm down to 268 lbs. So far, everything has been going smoothly.

Reta's been treating me fine, though the higher heart rate is somewhat annoying. It's not severe, but my sleep has taken a small hit. Based on what I've come across, any compound involving Glucagon leads to a slight bump in HR. Still, things are going alright up to now.Jh02050 said:
Hello! Tirz is what I’m on too, and so far it’s treated me well. Down the road, I’d like to move over to retatrutide, maybe alongside cagrilintide. Before I change anything, I’m still reading up on it quite a bit.
Nice work on what you’ve achieved up to now. Going from 315 down to 268 over four months is quite something!
That's a huge loss, nice work. As for me, I hopped on reta alongside my wife, who had already made the switch from tirz. Because of that, I can't give a firsthand account of what the transition itself is like. She does appear to be dropping weight more quickly while on a lower mg. Personally, I've lost 15lbs over 1½ months. You've definitely come to the right spot for answers about switching. If need bemercury049 said:

That works out to roughly 1% of body weight dropped each week. In your view, are you holding onto muscle pretty well?mercury049 said:
