Starting Reta from the West Coast

I began with compounded tirz, but now I'm transitioning over to Reta. Things are going well up to this point. Before I tapered off, I had reached 7.5mg of tirz with no side effects. Currently I'm on 4mg of Reta and haven't had any side effects either. I've lost roughly 20lbs so far, and I'm aiming to drop around 15lbs more.
 
Nope, for a few weeks now I’ve been running both. I’m tapering down tirz from 7.5mg. My final 2.5mg dose of tirz was last week. So moving forward, it’s Reta only.
