I'm located in the EU. This is my first time using peptides, and my goal is to improve my health and lose some weight. I've likely had NAFLD for 15 years, along with cardiovascular problems. My blood work shows elevated ALT, AST, and GGT. I'm hoping to bring all of those values back to normal.

Hey there 👋

Have you already begun using peptides to address NAFLD? Sounds like our situations are similar — I've been dealing with NAFLD for roughly 16 years, and after trying multiple treatments without success, the only thing that gave me partial improvement was following a Keto diet for around a year, though that eventually led to Gout.. I'm now thinking about starting Retatrutide, because it combines a Glucagon agonist with GLP 1 and GIP agonists, which in my view is an excellent combination
